Rellenos Cafe, located just south of the Taos Plaza, is the culmination of a dream for Antonio and Sarah Matus. The cafe is the Matues' delicious way of giving back to the community that has been so good to them. Local workers can get a wonderful meal at a price that they can afford. Also, business's on or near the Plaza can take advantage of the free delivery service.

Menu favorites include the ever popular enchiladas and chile rellano's en Nogada. Dishes are smothered in red or green chile, southwestern favorites. Rellenos Cafe is open for lunch Monday through Saturday 11 am to 3 pm and for dinner from 5 to 9 pm.
